Hydraulic Hose Structural Composition

Hydraulic hoses are usually composed of three parts: inner rubber layer, reinforcement layer, and outer rubber layer:
Inner rubber layer: directly contacts the conveyed medium and must have good oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance to prevent the medium from corroding the reinforcement layer.
Reinforcement layer: the skeleton part of the hose, responsible for withstanding high pressure in the hydraulic system. It is usually woven or wound with steel wire, polyester fiber, or other high-strength materials to provide sufficient strength and elasticity.
Outer rubber layer: protects the hose from external environmental damage such as wear, ultraviolet radiation, chemicals, or mechanical impact. It is usually made of wear-resistant, UV-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant rubber materials.
