The hydraulic hose crimping machine drives the mold to radially contract through the hydraulic system, achieving precise crimping of the hose and metal fitting. The specific process is:

Hydraulic drive: The oil pump outputs hydraulic oil under the motor drive, pushing the plunger inside the crimping oil cylinder to move forward.
Mold contraction: The plunger and two internal taper sleeves on the front cylinder cover push the mold base with symmetrical tapered surfaces to radially contract, achieving crimping of the hose by the module.
Automatic stop: When the contraction amount reaches the scale setting value, the crimping automatically stops.
Mold opening and reset: After the solenoid directional valve switches, hydraulic oil enters the two mold opening oil cylinders, pushing the crimping plunger to move backward, and the mold base drives the module to restore under the action of the spring.
